From Thursday, March 24th through Sunday, March 27th, three Arab-American comedians will perform at Cobb's Comedy Club as part of the Arabs Gone Wild comedy tour. According to the website, topics covered include pop culture, Arab dating, and Arab time. Does this mean the show will begin about 30 minutes later than scheduled?
Dean Obeidallah, Aron Kader, and Maysoon Zayid are the comedians participating in this unique tour. We've heard of 'black comedy' and 'Jewish comedy', but is there such a thing as 'Arab comedy'? The Arabs Gone Wild tour promises to answer that question. Maysoon Zayid is also an actress and has appeared in Law and Order and You Don't Mess With The Zohan, while Dean Obeidallah has appeared on The View and is the organizer of the Amman Stand-Up Comedy Festival, the first of its kind in the Middle East.
