The Maid
Sebastian Silva’s Sundance Festival hit, “The Maid” (La Nana), arrives in Bay Area theaters on Friday, November 13th.
This Chilean film, the winner of both Sundance’s Grand Jury prize and a special acting award from the world cinema jury for star Catalina Saavedra, provides a glimpse into the lonely, closed world of Raquel, the long-time maid for a well-to-do Santiago family.
