At The Curran Theater from August 24th to September 26th, the Broadway revival of "Dreamgirls" will knock your socks off. Frequent, dazzling costume changes, a state of the art LCD screen illuminating dance numbers, and of course powerful voices from every cast member all contribute to a fine performance. The story of The Dreams, an African-American girl group's rise to success in the 1960's, paralleling that of a certain group lead by Diana Ross, is expertly staged and acted.
