Fake chicken at Shangri-La Restaurant
The best Mongolian beef I have ever had was at Shangri-La Restaurant, and everything on the menu is vegetarian. I'm not usually a fan of fake meat—I say, if you're going to eat vegetarian food, eat vegetables. But the "meat" dishes that make up most of the menu at Shangri-La are cooked to perfection and well-seasoned. You'd think it was the real thing.
